A massive undertaking involving the precise Illustration of shelving sectionals and photography of over 1200 individual competitive products. This system became the company standard for strategic planning like “brand-blocking”, signage systems and even evaluating shelf presence.
I also created a catalog and process for adding assets to this system. I moved on from the Production Department where I built this many years ago but the “POG” system that I built lives on and continues to save the company money.
