A website redesign was in order to compliment the new life this viral TV ad had breathed into an aging brand. Liquid-Plumr wanted to seize the momentum by leveraging the “Hunky Plumr” phenomenon into its online properties including its website. 2014 is the year that mobile traffic will overtake desktop traffic and it would behoove any web designer to take a “mobile first” approach to designing and building websites moving forward. Not only is the site responsive, it also uses retina-friendly css scalable vector icons and free Google web fonts. I co-art directed and designed the site from the ground up.
