I feel that it’s the obligation of every human being to give back in a way that they are comfortable with. I’m no good with a hammer, but I can use my skills to hopefully help improve the awareness and success of non-profit causes.
This project required me going a bit outside of my design comfort-zone by designing for an audience that I was not familiar with, African-Americans. The challenge was being subtle with the ethnic cues but hopefully relatable. I feel I was able to meet these.
