Brita doesn’t employ an in-house UX/UI professional, so I was called upon for assignments in site-mapping, wire-framing & user-flow using OmniGraffle. It’s not “creative” but it is problem-solving and I actually really enjoy it. A lot of it is intuition with a lot of white-boarding and discussion. For this project, I had to make recommendations for a company-wide initiative to incorporate store locators into our sites and improve “shopability”. I’ve also included some of the design execution work.
